The best vape store I’ve been to. Jackson helps me everytime and I always get him to surprise me with a random flavor. Never been disappointed. Highly recommend
First time vape user here, went in to try a new flavour and the guy was so incredibly helpful! I purchased it a week ago (different place) and they didn’t give me a third of the info on my product that he did! From basic ingredients in the product all the way to the coil usage life. I will be taking my services here now! Thank you so much!
Nice staff. Like most reviews say, very patient and friendly, and willing to answer any questions they can, and go above and beyond as much as possible. I have never felt rushed out of there like I do in many vape stores when they want to serve another customer.

Every other vape shop I have ever been to has a terrible points program in comparison to this one. Every time I go, I have at least a few dollars off and that’s after redeeming ALL points every trip there.

I dont usually even give reviews, but honestly I wanna speak on this one. The staff here are super solid. I have no clue about vapes and I was sent by a friend to go pick stuff up and I was walking around looking so lost. These guys were just honestly super funny about it, but they helped me out a lot. The vibes were good, and it was just a solid experience, they know a lot about their product and they took the time to really show me a lot of stuff. I feel like even I could sell vapes now.
My go to place for all my vape needs. Great place and great service. The staff are fantastic and it is always a pleasure to shop and visit the store. You guys rock keep up the great work......

This is the best Vape shop! Been going there for over a year. Always helpful kind and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. They have a great reward system. All round very nice people won’t go anywhere else!

The staff here are very knowledgeable & patient when being asked & answering questions. They know their products & willing to help all level of smokers. I was helping a friend get her husband one & had a photo to go by. The staff member knew the kind right away. There was 3 different options to choose from & explained the difference between them. Never was pushed into focusing on the most expensive of the 3. She was able to give great information so we were able to make a decision & her hubby was very happy.
Just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had tonight. I was in on Tuesday and bought stuff and went back in tonight because I wasn’t happy with what I bought. They made it that I left happy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for assisting with all my concerns
The best vape store in downtown Grimsby. Have been going to this store ever since I moved to Grimsby 6 months ago. Always a great, and helpful experience in store, in addition to a wide variety of products.

Bob the owner is absolutely the nicest man you’ll ever meet. The prices are amazing and all staff are so friendly. Do yourself a favour and check out their store. It’s super clean and has so many great products and options.

i’m relatively new to vaping but i’ve finally found my favourite refillable. they have quite the extensive line of e-liquids. i also love that you can open and smell each liquid to see if you may like it. they also have a great points system, and recycling for disposable vapes which is great.

Uhm this is the best spot! The ginger manager is so helpful and nice! They were knowledgable and HONEST! Huge bonus. Im switching to the stlth thanks to the manager. He also let me know when their shipment of my fave flavour was coming in. I will be back!
Excellent customer service and a great selection of inventory. Called to inquire about my favourite vape which has become really hard to find and the lovely gent on the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Love this store !
